Refund Policy

⚠️ All sales on TheSoftCo are final. We do not offer refunds on any subscription plans or credit purchases.
1. Overview
At TheSoftCo, we provide digital SaaS products and tools. Due to the nature of digital services — where access and usage begin immediately upon purchase — we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
By subscribing to any plan or purchasing credits on TheSoftCo, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
2. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any of the following circumstances:
- You purchased a monthly or annual subscription plan and changed your mind.
- You did not use the service or your credits during the billing period.
- You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
- You found an alternative tool or service.
- You experienced issues on your own device, browser, or internet connection.
- You purchased additional credits and did not use them.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining days of your billing period.
- Your unused credits will expire at the end of the billing cycle.
💡 Tip: We recommend cancelling your subscription at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
4. Credit Purchases
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are added to your account immediately upon purchase and are available for use across all TheSoftCo tools and applications. Unused credits from monthly plans expire at the end of each billing cycle. Purchased credits (top-ups) do not expire.
5. Exceptions
In rare cases, we may consider issuing a refund or account credit at our sole discretion under the following situations:
- You were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error on our platform.
- Your account was charged after you had already cancelled your subscription.
- A verified technical issue on our platform prevented you from accessing the service for more than 72 consecutive hours.
To request a review under these exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of the charge with your transaction details.
6. Free Plan
TheSoftCo offers a Free plan that allows you to explore our tools before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly encourage all users to try the Free plan before upgrading to a paid plan.
7. Changes to This Policy
TheSoftCo reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
